2026 Inclusion Alberta Family Conference

Charmaine McIntyre is the Executive Director of Community Initiatives with Inclusion Alberta. Charmaine provides mentorship to the Employment and Inclusive Post-Secondary Directors. Charmaine is part of the leadership group that cultivates the growth and learning of team members committed to including students with developmental disabilities in post-secondary education and developing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. As an employee of more than 15 years with Inclusion Alberta, she has held multiple roles within the organization, including coordinating NorQuest College and MacEwan University initiatives, advocacy, developing new post-secondary partnerships and oversight of the provincial employment team.
